MBC SET DESIGN
We designed and built this fabulous TV studio for MBC in London. Our brief was to make the studio as realistic as possible with the use of large format digital graphic images. Using TV studio graphics print. For the music set – we chose a brick wall image – that was as close as you can get to reality. It really looks like a real brick wall on camera. We produced the artwork and printed on large canvas backdrops which we wrapped onsite on the set walls. These were pre-built in the workshop.
As the whole scene needed to look like an underground club, in downtown London. We used iconic scenes of London, which the client loved.
Key Elements for The Stage Set
With so many celebrity guests and entertainers appearing on the weekly shows. It was key that we had a creative designed shape for the stage. This was to accommodate the musician’s, instruments, singers and actors. Such as Omid Djalili who appeared on the show with other famous guests.
Every aspect of the set build has been considered for the film and tv studio graphics. With cabling being fed to the back of the set graphic walls. It kept the sets clean and tidy for the camera leads. We built trap doors at the back of the sets. Which was very easy to access for the crew and production team. What also makes this set interesting is the fusion of still images being used along side the big video wall of the London Eye. And excellent lighting design. Using various colours and RGBW LED Lighting.
premier league studio graphics
The Premier League Studio graphics print layout and produced the graphics for ‘Premier League at IMG Studios London. The project involved printing and installing graphics at their match centre. We cut the MDF panels to the size of the walls in the workshop. Delivered the panel’s onsite. Then covered them with a branded graphics banner wrap.
To do this we had to work outside the match centre to fix the graphics on the panels first. This made it easier for us to install in the Premier League match centre.
As we had a short timeline to do the installation. We put together a few more members on our team. To get the project done quickly onsite.
