BBC Sports Commentary Booths

Giordano Design was asked to design the BBC Sports Commentary Booths. By our soundproof specialist who built the acoustic commentary booths from our studio drawings. Because of the fire regulations. All things considered we had to make sure that all the areas had enough fire routes for easy access out of the rooms.

One of the most important aspects of the build was to make sure it had great acoustics. Soundproofing was key for this project. Making sure there was no external sounds. The walls and ceilings were acoustically treated. Lighting experts added the rigging and studio lighting. With recessed adjustable LED. Using the latest technology and broadcast equipment installed with cabling from skilled broadcast engineers within the booths.
