IBC Tamil TV Studio Design
The studio design and build brief for IBC Tamil TV was to design 2 different studios. A green studio for virtual productions, a second studio, for news and a morning show. The studio build. Included full acoustic solutions. Soundproofing was key from the busy roads close by. We built acoustic walls with black fabric linings. Finishing the second studio with a black vinyl to soften the sound.
NEWS SET
We designed the news set with a curved wall, LED light-boxes and a video wall. In the centre, we built a news desk with the IBC company brand logo and LED Lighting. A platform on wheels with an overhanging circular ceiling feature.
Morning TV Set
As the studio needed variety, we completely changed the look of the set for the morning show. This included a big back wall light-box with graphics of a skyline. A shelving unit for props. And contemporary furniture shipped from Italy. We finished the overall look with trendy cushions and vibrant colours.
